The Cerro Pedernal Heritage Association, known as CPHA, is a volunteer community organization that was established in 2006.  The Association is best known for its successful efforts organizing local summertime arts tours.  The Pedernal Arts Tour will be taking a pause in 2012.  CPHA is committed to continuing the spirit expressed in the mission statement:  We are people who live in the vicinity of Cerro Pedernal who through our time, individual talents and artistic endeavors commit to creating a vibrant and sustainable community for us all.

 

 

CPHA is proud to announce its 2012 Scholarship Winners!

 

Congratulations to graduating Coronado High School Senior, Jose Miguel Chacon of Gallina!  Jose plans to attend Carrington College to study Pharmacy Technology beginning in the Fall of 2012.


Congratulations to continuing Northern New Mexico College student, Marguerite Kearns of Abiquiu!  Marguerite will continue her Film and Digital Arts Studies at NNMC, and plans to graduate in the Spring of 2013.

The CPHA Scholarship is designed to support area residents who provide valuable volunteer community service locally while pursuing their education.
